The article that stems from her work can be consulted here: .&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">She is now undertaking a PhD in psychology under the direction of Martine H\u00e9bert, PhD. As part of her doctoral thesis, her work focuses on the resilience pathways of child victims of sexual abuse. When asked why she has chosen to work under the direction of Dr. H\u00e9bert, Arianne readily answers that she considers Dr. H\u00e9bert as an empowering female model and a pioneer in the field of childhood sexual abuse research.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Arianne first joined the research laboratory during her first year as an undergraduate student in psychology while completing a research internship. She has continued her involvement as a research assistant and is now coordinator of the CIHR III &#8211; childhood component project. Actively involved in the Lab, Arianne is contributing to the writing of scientific articles examining the impact of COVID-19 on the mental health of youth aged 14 to 25.
