CIFAS 2024 (1/3)

Last week, several members of the laboratory shone with their participation in the Congrès international francophone sur l’agression sexuelle (CIFAS) in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Among them, Laurie Fortin, a doctoral student in psychology, presented a study on the interaction of self-esteem in the relationship between dating sexual violence and self-denial in adolescent girls.

Pénélope Allard-Cobetto, a master’s graduate in sexology, research-intervention profile, also presented a study designed to identify whether participants in the Lanterne training program benefit from gains in their knowledge, attitudes and sense of self-efficacy, and if so, whether these gains are maintained over time.

Also of note was the oral presentation by Ophélie Dassylva, a doctoral student in psychology, who examined the resilience portfolio and the contribution of psychological and social forces in predicting well-being among victims of sexual abuse.

Congratulations to all three of you and to the whole team!
